【PLEASE READ CAREFULLY】By choosing to commission me, you automatically agree to the following terms.
Terms are subjected to change and apply to past, present and future commissions.【GENERAL TERMS】◦ I have the rights to refuse a commission for any reason. (including NSFW, mecha, furry models)◦ I retain the original copyright and ownership of my work.◦ You must credit me anywhere that the commissioned model is used with a link back to either Vgen or YouTube/Twitter with @BinkyCh◦ I reserve the rights to display commissioned works to my social media/YouTube for personal advertisement and portfolio. Credits will be given to the model (client) and artist if applicable.◦ Commercial Use - Commissioned model can be used in activities that generate revenue in any form of content creation. (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Social media, etc)◦ Redistributing, editing and selling commissioned models is strictly prohibited.◦ Commissioned model is not to be used in NFT, Crypto or Ai.◦ I do not provide VBridger and hand tracking rigging.◦ You must provide ready-to-rig .PSD art model. Please check your .PSD model before commissioning as any irregular separations of layers may be fixed by me and charged.◦ You are responsible to contact your artist for any art related changes, fees may be applied depending on the complexity of the change.◦ You, the client, are responsible for saving any information, Live2D model file, and any other other digital data I provide.【Payments & Refunds】◦ Payments are 50% upfront and 50% upon commission's completion.◦ Upfront payments are not refundable after the commissions has started. You will receive a DM/email from your chosen preferred contact notifying that the commission has started and upfront payment will no longer be refundable.◦ Completed model will not be delivered until the remaining 50% payment has been confirmed.◦ If you cancel the commission and I have not started rigging, you will receive a full refund.◦ For any reason that I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.◦ Once commission has started/completed, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks for any reason.【REVISIONS】◦ I will configure most settings myself, including toggles. I currently use a C920 webcam for my tracking so the results may drastically be different to your tracking, so it is up to you to make the changes that suits you.
Please test thoroughly before completing the commission.◦ You will receive a watermarked model for testing.◦ You may request a total of 2 revisions DURING the testing phase as long as they are within reason, fees will apply for extra revisions.◦ You may request a revision for any mistakes/errors I have made any time during the testing phase and you will not be charged.【DEADLINES AND DELIVERY】◦ Once the initial upfront payment is completed, your model will be completed from 1 - 3 months depending on the circumstances.◦ Once the model has been tested, quality checked and approved by you, the client, you will receive unwatermarked files AFTER the remaining 50% payment has been confirmed.◦ Files provided are for Vtube Studio only, .cmo3 (editable file) is not included.【COMMUNICATION】◦ Updates can be requested through chosen preferred contact, do not expect daily updates. FAQ
Q: How long will my commission take to complete?
A: Once the upfront payment has been confirmed and that you have been notified that your commission has begun, it will take between 1 to 3 months to complete depending on the circumstances. You will be notified if it will take longer than the stated time frame.Q: I don't know how to setup and configure my model.
